Objectives

1: Ensure smooth and transparent implementation of the project; to monitor the progress according to the project
objectives and work plan, and to guarantee that related deliverables are produced on time.
2: Ensure efficient liaison with the EC, VPHi and VITAL’s advisory board and with related projects and initiatives on tools and technologies for a healthy society.
3: Enable adequate coordination and communication between the work packages, and between the consortium and the external advisory board.
4: Install mechanisms to effectively identify, assess and manage the project administrative and technical risks
and ethical issues.
5: Safeguard appropriate data management and compliance of the project with the EC’s Open Access policy.
