Objectives

1: Provide data from pre-existing datasets in COD to allow maturation of VITAL virtual human twin in
specific conditions.
2: Run proof-of-principle (PoP) studies to test the usefulness of virtual human twins
→ in resistant hypertension to predict response to renal denervation
→ in HFpEF to predict response to novel therapeutic interventions
→ in HFrEF and dyssynchrony to predict response to resynchronisation therapy
→ in ASD to predict response to surgical treatment and physiological stress.
